Aaron Carrell is a Project Manager for HTPO, and has been with the company for over 15 years. As a licensed professional engineer, he enjoys the variety that comes with working with clients from all around the engineering industry, and getting to know the people he meets along the way.
Aaron is originally from southern Illinois, and now lives in Eden Prairie, Minnesota with his wife and two daughters. Much of his free time is spent adventuring outdoors, whether it be on a mountain bike or in a boat, but he also enjoys quality time with friends around the fire or the table with a board game.
Adam is a Project Manager for HTPO and manages the Construction Management Department. He has been with HTPO for over 15 years. He is a licensed professional engineer in MN and enjoys working with staff and clients to find solutions to solve difficult issues.
Adam is from Watertown, MN and serves on its' City Council. Outside of HTPO, he enjoys working on projects around the house as well as watching the Twins and Vikings (“enjoy” might be too strong of a word when it comes to being a Minnesota sports fan).
Dan is the Land Surveying Department Manager for HTPO. He builds relationships with clients and manages projects to meet schedule and budget goals while collaborating well with staff to accomplish complex, fast paced projects with a strong ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
He has great depth of knowledge in all aspects of residential, commercial and municipal surveying. Dan’s experience leverages his dual certifications as a Professional Engineer and a Professional Land Surveyor.
Dan is an accomplished Landscape Architect licensed in Minnesota with an extensive background spanning over 30 years in diverse landscape projects. At HTPO, he leverages his vast experience and planning to excel in his role. Dan embraces the role of a generalist in landscape architecture, where each unique project challenge serves as a valued experience. Having worked with clients in both the public and private sectors, he appreciates the breadth of project types that come his way.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Dan finds joy in spending time with his family and indulging in a variety of hobbies. His favorite outdoor activities include bird hunting, fishing and landscape painting (oil and watercolor)—documenting and interpreting the beauty of the natural environment.
