HTPO serves a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors.  Our clients include federal, state, regional and local governments, commercial entities, contractors, real estate developers, institutional and financial entities, attorneys and other design professionals.  Our primary markets can be categorized as Infrastructure and Land Development.

We believe our core strengths of engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and construction management allow us to functionally serve our clients well from the due diligence stage of development through design and engineering, and through project construction, whether it be a city, regional government, developer, contractor, architect or other entity.
