HTPO worked on this project in collaboration with Studio M Architects.  We provided land surveying, site civil, landscape architectural design services for the project.  Our scope of work included parking lot design and stormwater management analysis, construction staking, and permitting and bid/construction administration.

Preparation of preliminary and final plats for development of a vertical division of the Gateway Ramp on Washington Avenue and 5th Avenue South in Minneapolis. 

New electric vehicle showcase development which included a 0.5 mile road course along with a new garage/conference room building.

HTPO provided boundary and topographic survey, erosion & sediment control design, SWPPP, and construction observation for this 25-acre public stadium site redevelopment.

HTPO provided project management, civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture associated with multiple site developments for this national retailer.

LEED landscape design for office tower and parking ramp with underground rainwater storage for irrigation needs.  This project received a GOLD level certification from the USGBC for its LEED Core and Shell initiatives.

HTPO's services for this 18-story hotel/23-story condo building included boundary and topographic survey, ALTA survey, construction staking, CIC plat, and monitoring.
