HTPO provided roadway inspection services as part of the Design-Build Oversight team.

Topographic survey of in-place Washington Avenue in Minneapolis between Hennepin Avenue and Portland Avenue to be used as a base map for reconstruction of Washington Avenue.  This Hennepin County project used MicroStation.

HTPO provided boundary and topographic survey for the entire length of the Nicollet Mall redevelopment.  Services included concrete testing, manhole inspections, areaway and utility locates, and survey control. 

HTPO provided civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services for this project.  Our scope of work included design survey, vegetation management, utility and site design, landscaping, utility coordination, and construction staking.

HTPO provided surveying, utility coordination, easement exhibits, and platting of former State Highway 12 through Long Lake and Orono for design.

HTPO was a sub-consultant to AECOM for ground control, existing conditions and utility mapping, civil street design, and concepts for City resolution for preliminary design of the segment of the proposed Metro Transit SWLRT.

HTPO provided control survey to establish vertical and horizontal control lines and construction staking for the layout of rails and station platforms and vertical circulation.

This project added a multi-level parking ramp to an existing park and ride facility. HTPO provided surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture as a sub-consultant to PAI.

HTPO provided land surveying and civil engineering for multiple parcels for hangar development. 

Construction staking for runway paving, new pads, and for taxiways. 

Consulting services for Metro Transit in assisting with condemnation and street vacations at the O & M Facility.

HTPO provided boundary surveys, legal descriptions, right-of-way research, and right-of-way maps for a 12-mile light rail corridor from St. Paul to White Bear Lake.  

This project involved design and construction of a surface park and ride parking lot and transit building on an undeveloped remnant parcel of land adjacent to TH 61.  HTPO worked on surveying and civil engineering.

HTPO provided design, survey, easement documents, construction administration, and construction staking for this 2,400 foot roadway bordering the Purgatory Creek floodplain. This project included intersection improvements, pedestrian facilities, utility improvements, and reconstruction of parking lot.
