HTPO provided roadway inspection services as part of the Design-Build Oversight team.

Topographic survey of in-place Washington Avenue in Minneapolis between Hennepin Avenue and Portland Avenue to be used as a base map for reconstruction of Washington Avenue.  This Hennepin County project used MicroStation.

HTPO provided civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services for this project.  Our scope of work included design survey, vegetation management, utility and site design, landscaping, utility coordination, and construction staking.

HTPO provided surveying, utility coordination, easement exhibits, and platting of former State Highway 12 through Long Lake and Orono for design.

HTPO provided civil engineering and land surveying for gravity and forcemain sanitary sewer including a wastewater pumping station.  This project is for the State of Minnesota.

HTPO provided construction surveying for this new 4-lane freeway in Maple Grove extending from County Road 81 to T.H. 169.  

Utilities Design Leader and Design Engineers for municipal sanitary sewer and watermain improvements including a MCES interceptor and multiple PRV stations, railroad crossings, steep slopes, and trunk highway crossings.

Preliminary and final watermain design, vegetation management plans, and coordination with materials supplier and contractor to maintain project schedule for the replacement of a 12" and 20" watermain near the Maryland Ave. Bridge being replaced.

Inspection and construction recommendations for approximately 525 drainage structures along I-694 between I-35W and Highway 100.  HTPO provided written and visual documentation. 

HTPO has provided land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture for various MCES projects.  Our scope of work has included easements, traffic control, landscaping, and construction staking. 

HTPO performed inventories on 250 railroad crossings on MnDOT highways.

HTPO provided contract administration and inspection for 2.6 miles of bituminous mill and overlay for East bound I-494 in Dakota County from T.H. 35E overpass to 60th Street. 

HTPO provided finished ground surface modeling and construction staking including roads, utilities, trails, fencing, ITS items, signage, walls, and stormwater ponds for this new highway.
 

HTPO was a sub-consultant in charge of developing the existing utility base files and trunk watermain design.

HTPO provided preliminary design, track survey for reference and realignment after construction, topographic survey, construction documents, administration, inspection, and staking for this project.
